Ubuntu medical clinic (umc) is excited to invite you to a public open day to celebrate christmas with our local community  saturday, december 26, 2020 from 8am to 1pm

In an effort to engage more broadly with the local Mugamba community, and to offer excellent health care to the public, Ubuntu Medical clinic will hold its first annual public open day and would love you to join.

In order to better understand the health needs of our community, and to a promote healthy living life-style we will be holding discussions with local community members, medical professionals and lay leaders to help us identify our medical needs for 2021.

Our Mobile Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MOMCHIP) supports pregnant women and families with children under the age of two with a wide range of health and social services to help reduce infant mortality and poor birth outcomes in local community.

UMC is proud to offer free health care services to the community including blood pressure testing, eyes test, ultrasound exam for pregnant women, dental exam, diabetes testing, nutrition assessment, psychological counseling/mental health check and sexual and reproductive health checks.  In light of the current worldwide pandemic, we will also be offering advice and tips on hand hygiene, social distancing, and infection control in the context of COVID-19 pandemic.
